Escape from Aztec is an endless running game where you collect coins and dodge obstacles by jumping or sliding.

You must run through ancient Aztec buildings and ruins, navigating a path filled with various obstacles. You'll need to jump over some obstacles and slide under others. The game is highly challenging and will test your reflexes.
