City Truck Driver is a driving game where you take the wheel of a big truck and roam through the city while completing different tasks.
In the game, you have the options to play missions, race trucks, or free drive. In missions, you undertake various tasks to earn in-game cash, which you can use to upgrade or customize your truck. Customization options include changing the truck's design, adding an alarm, modifying the front, adding your name, installing lights, incorporating front designs, and changing the pipes. You can also use your money to purchase new trucks. In racing mode, you can choose to play as either 1 player or 2 players.

- W, A, S, D or Arrow Keys - Move
- Space - Handbrake
- C - Camera Mode Switch
- T - Connect/Detach Trailer
